The Nottingham University Global Scholarships has kicked off with yet another opportunity for international students hoping to study at China for the 2023/ 2024 academic session.
The scholarship is aimed at rewarding excellence and promoting diversity among the student body. The Nottingham University was established in the year 2004 as China first Sino-foreign university with the full approbation of the Chinese ministry of education. The University of Nottingham Ningbo China is situated in the city of Ningbo the coastal province of Zhejiang, near Shanghai, China.
Nottingham University Global Scholarships is open for all postgraduate, and undergraduate scholars.

Benefits of the Nottingham University Global Scholarships
- Nottingham University global scholarship is worth RMB 110,000 per student, equivalent of 100% toward first year of undergraduate tuition fee respectively.
- This fully funded scholarship is an entrance scholarship only. The fees will be waived from students’ first years’ tuition fee or will be refunded to students if full tuition fee is paid.
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduates Scholars
- Candidates must be an overseas/HMT applicant who have submitted the application.
- Merit-based selection based on outstanding academic achievement having achieved at minimum requirements of AAA in A-level; IB 36 points or equivalent for Qualifying year entry; or AAAAA in iGCSE or equivalent for Primary year entry, as determined at the time of admission.
Post-graduate Scholars
- Appicants must be an overseas/HMT applicant who submitted the application.
- Merit-based selection based on outstanding academic achievement having achieved at minimum requirements of UK first class (70) or equivalent, as determined at the time of admission.
Application Process
Separated application for Nottingham University Global Scholarships is required. In order to complete the application, a completed scholarship application form needs to be submitted via the online application system by the designated deadline.
In addition, due to the nature of competition, candidates will be automatically considered to the next eligible scholarships should he/she misses the first round of selection until all the quota is filled.
