QUT Academic Excellence scholarships are awarded to exceptional students starting a relevant undergraduate course at Queensland University of Technology. The QUT Academic Excellence Scholarships are for scholars to enable their continued success at the university through membership into the College of Excellence.

Eligibility Criteria for QUT Academic Excellence Scholarships
To be eligible for the QUT Academic Excellence Scholarships:
- The Students must be graduating Year 12 (or International Baccalaureate) OR have had no more than
one gap year since graduating high school (or International Baccalaureate) - Applicants must be starting a university undergraduate course for the first time.
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or a permanent resident or hold a permanent
humanitarian visa or even an international student who has completed high school in Australia OR completed
Australian curriculum. - Have achieved a minimum unadjusted ATAR of 98 or equivalent
- Candidates must be starting a university undergraduate course for the first time
- Interested applicants must nominate a QUT undergraduate course as their first preference in the QTAC
application process.

The following documents are needed when applying for the QUT Excellence Scholarships:
- CV

- Portfolio,
- Letter of motivation
- Letter of recommendation.
Note: You will need to meet the English language level required for your course.
How to Apply
To apply for QUT Academic Excellence Scholarships candidates must be enrolled in the undergraduate degree program at Queen University of Technology. All eligible students who complete a QTAC application in line with QTAC key dates with a Queen university of technology course as their first preference will be considered.
