University of Kent Business School Hardship Bursary UK 2023/24

The University of Kent United Kingdom is pleased to annouce its hardship bursaries for interntional, domestic and EU scholars hoping to compete their master’s studies and in need of financial assistance. The university of kent business school hardship bursary aims at providing financial assistance to scholars who wants to futher their studies at Kent University.

Kent Business School (KBS) is the business school of the University of Kent. It is located at Canterbury and  at Medway on Chatham Historic Dockyard United Kingdom. The University of Kent’s business school currently runs a variety of Undergraduate, Postgraduate, PhD programmes and an MBA. University of Kent Business School carries out research activities like workshops, conferences and research seminar series etc.

Kent Business School (KBS) offers a well conducive learning environments and diverse techniques of learning. They also monitor the ways the learning takes place in the classrooms. Awarded scholars will receive awards of up to three thousand euros £3,000. Awards are considered on a rolling basis by the Scholarship Awarding Panel every month, and successful candidates will be notified within one week of the panel meeting.

Eligibility Criteria for University of Kent Business School Scholarship

To be eligibile for the hardship bursary scholarship award, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Applicants must be applying for a Kent Business School Master’s programme.
  • Applicants must be self-funded.
  • Any award will be determined based on an assessment of your supporting hardship statement.
  • Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.

How to Apply

Applicants can apply for the Kent Business School Scholarship after applying and recieving an admission offer for a Master’s programme at University of Kent United Kingdom. After that, candidates can apply for the hardship bursary grant via the Applicant Portal by submitting a supporting statement and describing your current circumstance. Successful candidates would be offered an offer for the 2023 course offer.

Note: Applicants for the hardship bursary would need to submit a maximum of 750 words describing their current financial circumstance, why they need the extra funding and should be considered for a hardship bursary.
